As your coordinator, I coordinate (image that) every vendor who comes and goes for set-up, tear-down, and all the moments in between. I pass out your final vendor payments and tips. I handle the problems you'll never know happened--and trust me, there are always moment-of problems.
I pass out flowers, pin boutonnieres, and line up the bridal party. I ensure the photographer, videographer, and family members are all set before cuing the ceremony to start. I'm your point person, your event manager, your peace of mind.

And more than that, with my hybrid-planning style I offer assistance months in advance with planning meetings, venue walk-throughs, timeline help, and more. When you don't need a full-on planner but need someone to do more than show up day-of, you need me.
